Hey, I'm Jenny!Hi, I’m Jenny.
I design learning experiences that help organizations turn complex processes into clear, actionable systems that drive performance. My work sits at the intersection of education and technology, where I build scalable training and leadership development solutions that improve consistency, decision-making, and real-world outcomes.
I’ve worked across public and private sectors—including education, manufacturing, finance, legal, and human resources—partnering with organizations to design training that is not only engaging, but effective. My approach prioritizes cross-team collaboration, clarity, usability, and alignment to organization goals with a dose of relevance, humor, and fun sprinkled in. I’m well-versed in approaches like ADDIE, SAM, and Blooms but have adapted my approach to integrate advances in the utilization of A.I. I love supporting instructional designers new to the field in advancing and growing their understanding of conceptual models aligned to change theory, implementation, and learning.
At my core, I think about what it’s like to be the end user. I place high value on UX and UI seamlessly integrated for the learner. I specialize in taking something complex and making it usable, scalable, and accessible for every learner. I love every aspect of leadership development—elevating every level of the organization to drive growth and culture. I also love in-person training as well as the flexibility that asynchronous and hybrid learning experiences offer.
Outside of work, I enjoy running, attempting new recipes with mixed results, and raising three incredible kids who keep me grounded and focused on what matters most. I enjoy presenting at international conferences, volunteering with community-based organizations, and working with leadership teams to develop learning aligned to complex change and implementation efforts.
I hold a Doctorate in Professional Learning & Technology from the University of Colorado Denver, along with a Master’s in Leadership & Human Resource Studies from Colorado State University, and a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and History from the University of Michigan.
